Take a Hike is a full-time alternate high school program for vulnerable youth in grades 10-12. Take a Hike uses the outdoors and adventure to engage vulnerable youth in school, community and mental health supports. We partner with public school districts to offer a full-time alternate education program with a unique feature of full-time mental health therapists embedded in the classroom. Over the last five years 88% of our grade 12 students graduated, higher than the 84% provincial graduation rate.
